Thermal pictures of new HEIMANN 64x62 thermopile arrays
Heimann Sensor is proud to release some interesting facts and thermal images to the public, taken by our new 64x62 thermopile array sensor. We reduced the pitch between two thermopile pixels down to only 110µm and a lot of improvements related to the on board CMOS circuitry had been done. In addition, the HTPA64x62 will be pin compatible to the HTPA32x31, to ensure that actual existing systems can be easily upgraded. Finally a highly sophisticated hermetic package around the monolithic sensor increases sensitivity to further strengthen our technology and market leadership in this sector.
