The Heimann integrated sensors are thermopile sensor, low-noise amplifier and temperature reference integrated in the same housing. The devices are available in standard TO-39 packages (HIS-series), TO46-packages (HMM-series) or SMD packages (HCM-series). The signal conditioning ASIC delivers analog voltages and can be used in a wide supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The integrated sensors come with factory adjusted gain factors and can be equipped with various
available or customized filters.
